Laos Smart Transformation Data and Technologies Company Limited (LSTD) is a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) between the Lao Government and KPG Technology Investment Co., Ltd., where the private party bears all capital investment. LSTD is the dedicated Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for the Integrated Vehicles and Road Traffic Management Concession Project, committed to modernizing Laos' transportation management through digital innovation, intelligent systems, and data-driven governance.
