A clear governance structure from the Board of Directors down to operating divisions
LSTD is governed by a Board of Directors, with an Internal Audit function reporting independently. The company is led by a Director and Deputy Director, supported by Assistant Directors and departmental heads for Government Relations, Finance, and Technical & Operations. Day-to-day work is delivered through six operating divisions covering a team of around 37 staff.
Personnel, administration & reception, and legal affairs.
Foreign (import) procurement, domestic procurement, contracts and warehouse.
Campaign management, public coordination, graphic design and market development.
Accounting and financial management for the concession.
Hardware, network and CCTV product engineering, security and quality control.
Training center, IT, the Central Control Center (CCC), network operations and field monitoring.
