Signing Ceremony of the Integrated Vehicle and Transport Management Concession Agreement
The Ministry of Planning and Investment hosted the PPP concession signing ceremony between the Government of Lao PDR and Lao Smart Transformation Data and Technologies Company Limited at Holiday Inn Hotel on January 17, 2025.
On January 17, 2025 at Holiday Inn Hotel, the Ministry of Planning and Investment organized the signing ceremony of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) concession agreement for the Integrated Vehicle and Transport Management Project between the Government of Lao PDR and Lao Smart Transformation Data and Technologies Company Limited.

Based on the Prime Minister's delegation letter No. 06/PM dated January 13, 2025, which authorized the Ministry of Planning and Investment to sign the concession agreement, the document was signed by Dr. Sathabandith Insisiengmay, Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment.
